Cardinal Way Wellness creates a supportive and empowering environment for all our offerings. We provide Reiki/Energy Healing & Training, Classes, Yoga, Workshops, and Mentoring both online and in person—serving New Jersey and Pennsylvania, with offerings in Florida each March.
