This is an 8 week series Starting 8/21-9//9. Join us for all or some.
Get to know a whole new dimension of yourself. Your life is energy, and understanding how that energy is organized and how to work with it through yoga and healing arts is an empowering act of self-awareness.
Join Ann and Anna as your guides as we discover how to understand, explore and ultimately restore our energy to an optimal state. Each session will include discussion, activities and some yoga practice.
($20 drop-in or $135 for series)
